What is the difference between an EPK Promotional portraits?

EPKS

Electronic Press Kits, or EPKs as they are commonly called, are

the portfolio-based images that puts the individual subject/s as the center focus. For example, an EPK for the music group called "Shotgun Facelift" would be about the bandmembers individually and collectively as a group, including imagery that pertains to them and their newest single that was recently released.

Promotional Portraiture

Promotional portraits are formal photos for a clientele's personal and/or business profile, albeit social media. Many of which are used to showcase a brand-named product for advertising or consumerist profitability. For example, the client will request a photograph of them endorsing a product or sometimes location that benefits the subject/s they are in.

Are instruments/props required for EPK shoots?

They are not entirely necessary, no, however, if you want to bring them along to add for your aesthetic, then by all means, please do.

How many outfits can I do for EPKs?

You are allowed up to two (2) different outfits per scheduled shoot. If you want to do more, I am more than happy to work with you on a schedule to do another.

Am I allowed to switch poses if I am not comfortable/have a different idea for some?

Absolutely! I am super accommodating to any changes on how someone wants to be positioned in a photo.

What if I want to reschedule a session?

You can change plans at any time, but ideally, I would like an advanced notice within 24 hours (1 day) before the shoot.

Can you take photos of me/my group & our fans?

Of course! Nothing is more exciting than getting to be in a photo with your biggest supporters; it's good for them and you!

I am sponsored by "XXXX brand" & would like to showcase its product; how do I do a session for that?

Depending what the product may be, I am happy to work with you on how we can implement it in your portraits.

What is the earliest time we can schedule a session?

I am adaptable to most times, depending if nothing else is planned, but please message me in advance so we can see if it fits in my schedule.

What if I am dissatisfied by the session?

I understand that there are specifications that my clients require of me when we do a session together, and I will do my very best to make ends meet. If you or your group is unhappy with a session, let's connect, and we shall work something to make it better.
